Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These are the plain terms of using faithpost.co and subscribing to the Year of Light. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions before you begin are always welcome at hello@faithpost.co.
Who we are
faithpost is a small, independent maker of original Scripture art, designed in Arizona and mailed within the United States. "We," "us," and "our" mean faithpost; "you" means the person ordering or receiving the cards.
The service
- A subscription is a finite, twelve-card collection: one original Scripture art card mailed each month, for one year.
- Cards go out together in one weekly mailing, every Friday, via USPS First-Class. Your first card mails the same week you join (or, for scheduled gifts, the first mailing of the month the giver chose).
- The year is a complete work. After your twelfth card, monthly billing stops on its own and the collection is finished — nothing continues unless you choose it.
Ordering & billing
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Month to month: billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, for at most twelve months. You may stop at any time; every card you have received is yours to keep.
- The whole year, prepaid: a single payment at checkout covering all twelve cards.
- The price you enroll at holds for your whole year, even if our prices change later. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
Gifting
- Gift years are prepaid. You provide the recipient’s name and mailing address, and you confirm you have their permission (or good reason) to share it with us — we use it only to mail their cards.
- No prices appear in anything the recipient receives. Your gift note, if you write one, is printed on the gift announcement and included with the first envelope.
- We do not email gift recipients; all correspondence about a gift goes to the giver.
Delivery
- We mail within the United States. Please keep your address current — you can write to hello@faithpost.co to update it.
- If a card arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, we resend it free — always. Just tell us.
Refunds & cancellation
- Thirty-day guarantee: see your first card, and if it isn’t for you, we refund you in full within 30 days of your first charge — and you keep every card you’ve received.
- Monthly subscribers may stop at any time; billing ends and no further cards mail. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
Your notes
When you write a gift note, you give us permission to print and deliver it, and you confirm it’s yours to send and kind enough to mail. We may decline to print anything unlawful or hateful.
Our work
The artwork, card text, and everything on this site belong to faithpost or its licensors. The cards are yours to keep, display, frame, and pass down for personal use — please don’t reproduce or resell the artwork commercially without asking us first.
Fair use of the site
Please don’t misuse the site — no unlawful activity, no interfering with its operation, no scraping or misusing our forms.
The legal lines
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, and disputes belong in the courts located in Arizona.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date above, and we’ll email active subscribers about any change that matters to them.
