Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
faithpost ("we", "us") is a small, independent maker of Scripture art, mailed monthly. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your information. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your email address — if you request the free sample verse card through the form on our homepage. We use it to send the printable card and, occasionally, news about faithpost (such as when founding enrollment opens). Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- Order and shipping details — your name, mailing address, and payment, used to fulfill your subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Gift details — if you give the year, we collect the recipient’s name and mailing address (which you confirm you may share with us) and your gift note, used only to mail their cards and deliver your note. If someone gives the year to you, this is how we received your address — we mail your cards and nothing else, and we never email gift recipients.
- Correspondence — if you write to us, we keep the exchange so we can help you.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — ever.
- We do not run analytics cookies on this site. When we advertise, a standard ad-measurement pixel (such as Meta’s) may note that a visit came from an ad so we know the ad worked — nothing more, and never sold or shared beyond that measurement.
- We do not send your address anywhere except to print and mail your cards.
Who processes data for us
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions (your email) on our behalf.
- Stripe processes payments at checkout.
- Supabase stores subscription records securely on our behalf.
- Resend sends our receipts and service emails.
- USPS and postage/label services receive your name and address, only to print postage and deliver your cards.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this page; your browser requests them directly from Google.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept for as long as your subscription runs and as long as tax and accounting law requires. Sample-card emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, wherever the law allows.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, payment details live with Stripe, and access to subscriber records is limited to the people who mail your cards.
Your choices & rights
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to hello@faithpost.co and we will take care of it promptly. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Questions are always welcome at hello@faithpost.co.
